This isn’t just a business—it’s a culmination of the things I care about and my journey to get here. Health, Wellbeing, Mothering, Community, Medical Training including internal medicine, pediatrics, integrative medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and lifestyle medicine.
Its a chance for me to serve outside of the hospital and clinic with women who are talented - busy raising families and growing careers, loving, excited, ready, and want support putting themselves on the to do list. This six-week coaching program is designed for clients who have completed the Lifestyle Foundations Assessment + 1:1 Review and want continued support implementing meaningful, sustainable changes.
Building on your personalized assessment and virtual consultation, Dr. Rachael provides structured coaching to help you follow through, troubleshoot obstacles, and integrate healthier habits into real life—without overwhelm or perfectionism.
